Processing is carried out on the basis of the mandate contract, your consent, legal regulations and legitimate interests, as far as this is permissible and necessary.

Our firm is bound by professional secrecy. Your data and information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and disclosed only within the framework of legal regulations and the execution of the mandate. Your personal data will only be disclosed if this is necessary to fulfill the mandate, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our claims, or due to a statutory provision.   • Counterparties and their representatives

  • Other persons involved in the processing of the mandate

Our service providers are contractually obliged to process personal data only within the scope of our instructions and in compliance with confidentiality.

Personal data is generally only transferred abroad if this is necessary to fulfill the mandate or due to legal regulations. In doing so, we ensure that the level of protection in the recipient country corresponds to that in Switzerland or that appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses) are in place.

4. Storage and deletion

Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, to comply with statutory retention periods (e.g., under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), the Lawyers Act), and to protect legitimate interests. Once the purpose for processing no longer applies and the retention period has expired, your data will be deleted or anonymized.
